I started my tenure in January 2015 after long months of deliberation, when I finally realized the permadeath in KanColle exists to force you to pay attention. Pretty cool, that meta game-design, really! If you care about your girls and their fight, you won't ever have to send them to their death. But you are forced to fight against the repetitiveness of your admiralty desk job. You are forced to fight against human nature itself. Fight the detached, indifferent apathy that sent many to their death in the transition between traditional warfare and industrial ''unaliving'' efficiency.&lt;br /&gt;

I don't level other than passively or through exercises (or old 3-2 when you could subtank everything). I don't grind for resources other than through expeditions. I don't keep dupes. I go Hard &amp;gt; Normal &amp;gt; Easy &amp;gt; Easy &amp;gt; Easy, et cetera, every event. &lt;br /&gt;
My favorite expedition is 2, but I have recently awoken to the bliss of A2 after I ran out of dev mats...&lt;br /&gt;
