Chitose-class Carrier Update
- Chitose Kou Kai and Chiyoda Kou Kai were implemented.
- "Home port expansions" were added in the Shop, allowing to expand the ship slots up to 150 ships.
- Shiden Kai 2 implemented as buildable
- Saiun implemented as buildable
