Pumpkin Festival 2025 Update

Mini-Event Pumpkin Festival is back.

Akashi Arsenal Updates

The following equipment is now improvable:
- Prototype Reppuu Late Model - with Shoukaku Kai Ni & Taihou
- FR-1 Fireball - with Gambier Bay Mk.II
  - It further gets a visible bonus when maxed.
- SJ Radar + Submarine Conning Tower Equipment - with Drum
The following equipment has new helper ships:
- Surface Type 22 Surface Radar - with Murasame Kai Ni
  - It further gets a visible bonus when maxed.
The following conversions are now possible:
- Prototype Reppuu Late Model ➜ Reppuu Model 11 - with Shoukaku Kai Ni & Taihou
