Each [[Ship Type]] can equip some set of equipment types, with some categories of equipment being equipable on most ships (eg. {{EmergencyRepair}} & {{Rations}} are equipable on every ship), and some being more restrictive (eg. carrier-based plane being almost exclusive to carriers).
