This is an improved version of the "Ryuusei", an advanced "dive bombing capable torpedo bomber" and that combined a carrier attacker and bomber.
The Ryuusei Kai is a integrated carrier-based attacker that boasts not only a beautiful form but also the latest equipment & heavy armament, integrating the functions of both carrier bombers and attacker.
This unit is an elite what-if carrier attack squadron, made up of experienced pilots who have completed the conversion to the famous "Ryuusei Kai" bomber, and led by an aviation commander who has fought through fierce battles and is endowed with fighting spirit and high skills.

Mechanics

Torpedo Bombers / are one of the main types of plane used by CV(B/L). Their main role is to do damage during the Airstrike, with their "Torpedo" stat being the most important factor in this regard. Torpedo Bombers are additionally needed for dealing damage during day Shelling, especially for Aircraft Carrier Cut-Ins (CVCI).

They can trigger Contact.
They are vulnerable to shoot down during most Aerial Combat phases.

This plane has Average Anti-Air Resistance.
