• Firepower , Torpedo attack , Anti Air , Armor and Luck can be upgraded by Modernization.
• Anti Submarine , View Range and Evasion will improve from level up.
• Upon reaching level 100, Endurance and Luck increase.
• Current ship level cap is 150.
