• In Sortie mode, it can extend the minimum Combat Radius

    will additionally:
    • Add a bonus post-cap damage multiplier to all Aircraft in the base.
    • Add a bonus multiplier to the total Sortie Fighter-Power of the base.
• In Air Defense mode, adds a bonus multiplier to the total Defense Fighter-Power of the base.
• Can contribute Fighter-Power (if it has any Proficiency or ), and can be shot down.
• Cannot gain Proficiency.
