This is an improved and mass-produced model of the F6F series, the successor of the F4F series that competed with the Type 0 Fighter above the Pacific Ocean early into the war.
Equipped with high output engines and strong firepower as well as improved protection, this strong mass-produced carrier-based fighter aircraft vastly overpowers the Type 0 Fighter on the battlefield in the skies.
