During the New Year Live 2025, C2 announced that they are collaborating with AVEX, ClubEX, and Kadokawa for a KanColle Stage Play using the theme of Operation Rei Go. In the lead up to the Spring 2025 Event and the stage play various information were revealed. Also many hints were given on how the play can be used as a reference for what to expect for the Extra Operations of the KanColle Spring 2025 Event.
