* Her wreck was found on July 10, 2025, she was found after the E/V Nautilus surveyed USS Walke. Teruzuki is the only Akizuki-class lost in Iron Bottom Sound. Her four 10cm HA Gun Mounts are still present as well as her Quadruple 61cm Oxygen Torpedo Launchers. Her tower and remnants of the Type 13 Radar were also intact. The only other Akizuki-class lost in the Solomons would be her sister Niizuki who was sunk at Kula Gulf.
