There was an incident wherein her standee fell in the water and this became a popular meme and inside joke within the Japanese KanColle community and even among her crew as they made an illustration depicting the event and how everyone was telling Fuyutsuki to stop fooling around in the water as she will catch a cold or reminding her that she isn't sinking.
