*Node O is in Trondheim. During WW2, it was a major port, was part of the old Operation Wilfred Plan R4, and was planned to be occupied by an Allied Landing Force to prevent the Germans from easily landing and establishing beachheads. The German forces were led by the cruiser Admiral Hipper, 4 Destroyers, and 1700 Austrian Mountain Troops. There was only one fort that opened fire and later Trondheim fell. In the following days there was an attempted landing by the British and French forces which attempted to liberate the port but this failed. Trondheim like much of Norway will be occupied until 1945. | *Node O is in Trondheim.
