Setsubun Beans

The Setsubun Mini-Event is a yearly mini-event that occurs from late January to mid-February, since 2019. In this mini-event, Setsubun Beans are rewarded in daily and weekly quests. The Setsubun Beans can be exchanged for a variety of consumables and rare equipment, such as Improvement Materials, Medals, and several LBAS planes.

Making certain ships appear in the Setsubun bean menu options

Depending on certain conditions when selecting to use Setsubun beans in the item menu options, one of several possible kanmusu will appear on screen depending on the following conditions:

  1. If said ship is owned,
  2. Which ship is set as secretary.

The remodel of the displayed ships depends on what remodel said ship is effectively owned.

  • If multiple remodels are owned then it is random.

Below are the lists of all possible girls who can appear on this menu screen:

Kanmusu Secretary Condition
Yuubari Must be either Yuubari or Yura
Gloire Must be a French ship (except Commandant Teste)
Akebono Must be Akebono
Asahi Must be either Asahi, Salmon
Hayashimo Must be one of Hayashimo, Kiyoshimo, Kishinami, Fujinami, Hamanami, Hayanami
Kazagumo Must be none of the above Yuugumo-class or Akigumo.
Chougei Must be an AS or SSV.
Ranger Must be an USN CV(B/L).
Johnston Must be a Fletcher-class.
Houshou Must be any other CV(B/L).
Minegumo Must be a Asashio-class, Shiratsuyu-class, Kagerou-class.
Ooyodo Must be an IJN CL, CLT, CT (but Agano-class and Yuubari), or a Mogami-class CA(V)/AV.
Ushio Must be a member of the DesDiv7 (Ushio, Akebono, Oboro, Sazanami);
Uranami Must be a BB, default if DD.
Kaiboukan No.22 Must be a Mikura-class or a Type D Kaiboukan.
