Some Resource Nodes reward blowtorches during sorties on certain maps:

• 2-1 E, 2-2 J

Expeditions

Some Expeditions reward blowtorches (Great Sucess (GS) only sometimes):

• 07, 08 (x2), A4 (x2, GS), 16 (x2), 42 (x3, GS)

Uses

Construction

All ship Construction can consume blowtorches to be instantly completed.

• 1 for normal constructions,
• 10 for large scale constructions.

Remodeling

Some ship remodeling consume blowtorches.

Repeatable:

• Fy11 (x4)

Friendly Fleet

In events, "Strong Friendly Fleets" will consume 6 blowtorches when they appear.

• It is consumed even if the game is refreshed before the battle's end.
• It is not consumed if a "Weak" or no FF appears.
