• Her nickname is "Miimu", an alternate reading of "36".
• She was launched on the 1st of November 1941.
• She surrendered in September 1945, and was scuttled on the 1st of April 1946

• She was added on the 1st of March 2024 as Early Spring 2024 Event E1 drop.

Misc

• Of 32 Type B submarines built, only she and I-58 survived the war. Of the 20 Type B1 submarines, she was the sole survivor.
