Gameplay Notes

Coastal Defence Battleship (CDB) are a subtype of "Coastal Defense Ships" (DE), with "surface battle" stats rather than ASW stats. They:

Provide HP Modernization, Luck Modernization, or ASW Modernization,
Share the same routing as normal DE,
Cannot trigger the 2nd Shelling despite their "battleship" designation.

Special Mechanics

Can perform Closing Torpedo Salvo.
Does not have any ASW and so cannot attack any submarine.

↑ Brunost (or Geitost) is a typical common brown "cheese" (it's actually a byproduct of cheesemaking, the stuff left after the cheese is remove from the milk), often but not always made with goat milk
↑ Fårikål, or literally "mutton in cabbage", is a Norwegian national dish, consisting of mutton with bone, cabbage, whole pepper, cooked for several hours (how Norge managed to do so in less than an hour is a mystery), served with potatoes.
↑ Norwegian drinking culture is for the most part, heavy drinking with friends at home. Going out to drink is not a common occurence in the weekdays, and buying alcohol is stricly limited to between 0800-1800 on weekdays, and 0800-1500 on days before Sundays and Public Holidays. Restaurants and bars need to pay the state to be allowed to serve alcohol outside of these hours, and such drinks are only allowed to be enjoyed at the premise it is sold and not brought elsewhere. Because of this, many will buy beers, wine and other drinks on Fridays, to enjoy at home during the weekend with friends. Sometimes, after heavy pre-drinks at home, one might go out to a bar or club for a couple more drinks, but these are mostly "to keep the buzz", as drinks sold outside of regular hours are severely marked up (a beer between 0,33l and 0,5l is typically around 110-140 NOK (~11-14 USD) each at bars and clubs, compared to roughly 30-40 NOK (3-4 USD) for 0,5l cans at the supermarket during regular hours)

She was launched on the 31st of March 1900.
Sunk by Bernd von Arnim on the 9th of April 1940.

She was added on the 29th of October 2025 as Fall 2025 Event E1 reward.

Misc

She was built in the UK.
During the Battle of Narvik, Norge and Eidsvold were lost during combat. Eidsvold was sunk first. The Germans contacted the captain of Eidsvold and demanded surrender, and after they refused, the Germans immediately torpedoed Eidsvold before she could fire her guns. Norge was deeper inside the fjord, and the crew heard the detonation and prepared for combat. In the darkness, they waited until they spotted German Destroyers and Norge opened fire at Z11 Bernd von Arnim. The Germans then waited and positioned themselves closer and then fired three torpedo salvoes. The first two salvoes missed but the last struck Norge in her midship resulting in her sinking in less than a minute.
- In the sequence of events in the Fall 2025 Event, it seems this time around Abyssal Norge sinks first or sacrifices herself for herself so that Abyssal Eidsvold can continue to fight on. Albeit after defeating both of them in E1 and E2 respectively they revert to Kanmusu Forms.
